1. Mandatory Adult Age Verification (21+)
In strict accordance with Federal law and the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, all purchasers of tobacco products must be at least 21 years of age.
Age verification is conducted during checkout. An adult signature (21+ with government-issued photo ID) may be required upon carrier delivery. If an adult is not available to sign for the package, the carrier will hold the shipment at a local facility for pickup.
2. Order Processing & Humidification Standards
Every order placed at MTS Cigar Co. is inspected by our fulfillment specialists prior to packing.
- Processing Time: Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Freshness Protection: All cigars are packaged in sealed pouches with two-way humidity regulation packs to maintain 69% relative humidity throughout transit.
- Weekend Dispatches: To avoid packages sitting in unconditioned transit hubs over hot weekends, certain orders placed late Friday may ship on Monday morning.

4. State Regulations & Shipping Restrictions
Due to state-specific tobacco excise laws and direct-to-consumer delivery prohibitions, we do not ship premium tobacco products to jurisdictions where local or state legislation forbids direct shipment (such as Utah, South Dakota, and certain restricted municipal zones).
Our checkout system automatically verifies your destination state and calculates any mandated municipal/state tobacco and sales taxes. Non-tobacco items (apparel, candles, accessories) are eligible for nationwide delivery.
