By placing an order for cigars or tobacco-related goods, you certify under penalty of law that you are of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction. We utilize independent age verification services to validate public records and credit card ownership prior to order fulfillment.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to display our handcrafted cigars, vitola dimensions, tasting notes, and prices with complete accuracy. However, because premium cigars are rolled by hand from natural agricultural leaves, slight variations in color shade, ring gauge, and wrapper vein texture may occur.

Prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping charges and state/local tobacco and sales taxes, which are computed and itemized at checkout based on destination jurisdiction. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust availability at any time.

3. Orders, Payments & Security

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed through encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways (Clover Merchant Solutions).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent billing, unauthorized resale, or shipping restriction violations. In such instances, full credits will be returned to the original payment source.

All visual trademarks, logos, brand assets, product series names (Mastermind, Elite, Wolfpack), typography, photography, and text content featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of MTS Cigar Co. and protected under United States and international copyright laws.
